  • ANOTHER SSS LAWSUIT FEATURED IN THE PRESS:

A childhood sexual assault lawsuit has been filed in the Monterey County Superior Court of California on behalf of seven clients against the Salinas Union High School District, Sunrise House, a drug and alcohol counseling program, and Gilbert Olivares, a counselor formerly assigned to Salinas High School.  “This case is an unfortunate example of how numerous students can be sexually assaulted during school hours on a high school campus when there is an entire lack of supervision of students and staff,” stated Jim Lewis, partner at Slater Slater Schulman.
