Rosby Barrios joined Slater Slater Schulman in August 2021 as the Office Manager of Slater Slater Schulman’s Los Angeles office. Rosby possesses exceptional customer service and organizational skills, which assists her in successfully managing the onboarding process for new employees, performing general integrations, overseeing payables and receivables and monitoring the productivity of administrative staff.
Rosby believes in a client-centered approach to her work, providing clear and consistent communication to ensure that all client needs and expectations are met. Her professionalism establishes a positive and trusting relationship with clients and coworkers. She enjoys the challenges of daily office operations while consistently remaining available to address any concerns or issues that arise.
Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Rosby separately served as both a supervisor of administrative staff and paralegal at several Los Angeles law firms. This experience has given her a deep understanding of administrative tasks and the importance of complying with deadlines. Rosby is also an active volunteer with the Big Sunday project, a service organization that produces hundreds of charitable events nationwide.
Rosby is a graduate of the California Certified Paralegal Program at the International Career Development Center College (IDCC). She is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Los Angeles Valley College.
