In addition to his exceptional work with clients, Linc proudly assists in managing the firm’s department representing survivors of sexual abuse, specifically individuals pursuing claims under the Child Victims Act. Previously, Linc played an active role in the firm’s personal injury department, representing clients in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and construction accidents.
Linc graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Management and Marketing before receiving both his M.B.A. and J.D. from Hofstra University. He was admitted to the Bar in 2009 and is permitted to practice in New York State and in the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York. Most recently, he has been admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. Linc proudly joined the team at Slater Slater Schulman in March 2019.
