Meet Taylor Nash

Associate

Taylor Nash is an Associate at Slater Slater Schulman with over six years of direct experience in mass tort law. Frequently managing cases from intake until resolution, Taylor is a tremendous advocate for individuals in need across all aspects of her career.

From the moment Taylor meets a client, her number one priority is to form a genuine connection that instills hope. Most of the clients Taylor works with have sustained traumatic accounts of abuse and suffering. Knowing the power of empathy and patience when handling these types of cases, Taylor strives to ensure that her clients feel heard and supported throughout every step of the legal process.

Taylor concentrates her practice in the area of mass torts and zealously advocates for victims of the devastating attacks of September 11th, 2001. She has been involved with numerous high-profile mass tort litigations, including Round Up, Xarelto, Transvaginal Mesh, Hernia Mesh, Actos, Invokana and Zofran. Taylor also frequently advocates for survivors of sexual abuse and handles claims involving Dr. Robert Hadden of Columbia University, Dr. George Tyndall of USC, and the ongoing Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy litigation.

Outside of her interests with the firm, Taylor is an avid volunteer for several organizations in both the NYC and Long Island communities. As the wife of a volunteer firefighter, Taylor is actively involved in Tunnels to Towers, Wounded Warriors, and multiple other law enforcement charities and public safety outreach initiatives. Additionally, Taylor serves as a fierce advocate for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, supporting and encouraging early testing and making treatments more available to low-income women.

Taylor graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 2010 before receiving her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2020. Prior to her position with the firm, Taylor served as a paralegal for four years at a reputable mass tort firm in NYC, working side-by-side with current Senior Associate, Jessica Smith. Impressed by the extraordinary potential of Slater Slater Schulman, Taylor proudly joined the team in February 2018 to become a part of the tremendous growth and success the firm continues to achieve.
