Donna Moralez is a Human Resources Manager at Slater Slater Schulman, bringing over fifteen years of unique experience to the team. Having dedicated her entire career to empowering a positive work environment, Ms. Moralez helps manage the firms’ recruitment efforts, regulatory compliance, benefits management, employee relations, onboarding, and the integration of new policy initiatives.

As a disciplined business professional, Ms. Moralez excels in her ability to provide support to employees on all levels of the organization while upholding company objectives and goals. Ms. Moralez’s passion for helping others and creative workplace strategies are the pillars of her success. She loves interacting with various individuals, both inside and outside of the firm, and thinking of innovative ways to empower employee growth and well-being.

Ms. Moralez has extensive human resources experience spanning multiple industries, including security services, robotics, manufacturing, and aviation. Initially starting her career in accounting, Ms. Moralez gradually took on payroll, benefits management, and other human resources responsibilities before officially making the shift to Human Resources Management in 2010. She feels honored by the opportunity to work with all staff members and management to increase overall productivity while providing a satisfying workplace as a team.

Outside of the firm, Ms. Moralez has helped raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness and volunteered at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck in Center Moriches, NY— a summer camp for children with special needs. She was a former interview coach for individuals seeking employment, helping them to gain the vocational skills needed to secure and maintain a job. Additionally, Ms. Moralez remains dedicated to improving her knowledge of the Human Resources field and participates in online courses on an expansive array of topics, including ATS technology, interviewing best practices, and conflict resolution.

Ms. Moralez graduated with her Associates Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Farmingdale. She proudly joined the team at Slater Slater Schulman in May 2021, jumping at the opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking firm and partners who value and inspire their employees.
