Joseph Gorczyca is a Senior Trial Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, where he is involved in several of the firm’s major litigations, including Child Victims Act (CVA) claims, prison sexual abuse litigation, and cases involving abusive physicians. With 14 years of legal experience, Joseph brings extensive courtroom knowledge and a proven history of success to every case he handles.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked as a partner and trial attorney at several of New York’s top personal injury firms. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering outstanding outcomes in complex and high-stakes matters.

Outside of the courtroom, Joseph is an active member of the Bronx Bar Association and is dedicated to giving back to his community. He also volunteers at his local synagogue and coaches youth lacrosse.

Joseph earned his B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from Shenandoah University and his J.D., cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for the past 12 years and has achieved several Top Verdicts and Settlements honors.
