  • Arielle Feldshon is a Senior Associate at Slater Slater Schulman, representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse under the Child Victims Act of New York.

    Arielle is a compassionate advocate for her clients, applying a trauma-informed approach to her practice and breaking down precisely what occurs in each stage of litigation. Arielle is a tireless litigator, leaving no stone unturned in discovery and applying creative tactics to achieve her clients’ goals – leading to her recognition as a New York Metro area Super Lawyers Rising Star 2023.

    Throughout her career Arielle has proudly maintained an active pro bono practice focusing on civil and reproductive rights. She served as part of the core trial team in Planned Parenthood v. Center for Medical Progress, assisted in drafting the Women’s Health Protection Act, and served as an advisor for the long-standing reproductive health clinic in Kentucky to protect patients and providers against violence. In addition to her practice, Arielle helps law students improve their legal writing as a Writing Specialist at Loyola Law School.

    Prior to joining the firm, Arielle spent five years representing public, private, and government organizations in various cases involving medical and pharmaceutical product liability, reproductive rights, sexual harassment, and fraud. Thereafter, Arielle spent two years at a boutique law firm advocating for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and institutional sexual misconduct on educational campuses under the Child Victims Act, Title IX, and Adult Survivors Act litigation.

    Arielle received her B.A. in Global Liberal Studies from New York University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was named a James Kent Scholar for finishing in the top 10% of her class and received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Public Service. She joined Slater Slater Schulman in October 2023 and is licensed to practice in New York state court and the United States District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
