Madison Rosenthal is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, where she represents clients in TVPA (Sex Trafficking), Employment, Sexual Abuse, Discrimination, and Child Victims Act matters.

Madison brings a steady, grounded approach to her practice, serving as a consistent presence for clients navigating highly stressful and often complex legal challenges. Madison is a fierce advocate who prioritizes ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and confident that their case is being pursued with care and determination.

Prior to joining the firm, Madison worked at Project REPEAL in Ireland as part of a formative reproductive rights initiative abroad through the USC Marshall School of Business Winslow-Maxwell Global Summer Internship. She went on to serve as an Executive Fellow at the ACLU of Southern California, a role she held through the end of her undergraduate career and into the year preceding law school. She then built extensive hands-on litigation experience through roles at the Children’s Law Center of California—where she represented dual-status youth—and at Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic, providing defense representation in felony and misdemeanor matters. Madison began her career as an attorney at a plaintiff-side litigation firm representing survivors of harassment, discrimination, and sexual abuse.

Madison earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a staff member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and as Communications Director for her chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project. She also received the Joseph W. Halliday ’63 Summer Fellowship in recognition of her commitment to public service and the law.

Madison joined Slater Slater Schulman in 2026, drawn to the firm’s scale of impact and the opportunity to continue plaintiff-side advocacy at the highest level. For Madison, the law is a powerful tool for change — and she is committed to using it meaningfully, ensuring that those who have been silenced have a fierce and dedicated voice in their corner. She is licensed to practice in California, New York, Washington State, Maryland, and Minnesota state courts.
