Daniella Price is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates her legal practice on representing victims of sexual assault, physical abuse, and catastrophic injury. With a background in social services, Daniella brings a unique and practical perspective to issues critical to strategically litigating these claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniella defended large corporations, Fortune Global 500 retailers, and insurance companies in a broad range of civil matters, including premises liability, products liability, and employment claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Daniella began her legal career serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jacqueline F. Allen, Administrative Judge of the Trial Division in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During her judicial clerkship, Daniella was exposed to comprehensive civil and criminal litigation and worked on a variety of matters, including mass tort designations, class actions, employment matters, and contract disputes. She also worked on developing and drafting administrative protocols for litigating cases in the First Judicial District Trial Division.
Daniella was recognized in the 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch Inaugural Edition. This peer review recognition is given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States.
Daniella received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she competed in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, ABA Negotiation Competition, and served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Society. Daniella earned her B.A. in English and Sociology from the University of Delaware. She attended the University of Delaware on a Women’s Track and Field scholarship where she served as a team captain. While at the University of Delaware, Daniella represented the university at the NCAA Leadership Conference and received the Dr. Janice Jordan Scholar Athlete Award.
Daniella is active in the community and is a member of several legal associations. She is the former President of the National Bar Association Women Lawyers Division, Philadelphia Chapter and a member of the editorial board for The Philadelphia Lawyer, the Philadelphia Bar Association’s quarterly magazine. She is also an executive board member of Imhotep Institute Charter High School in Philadelphia.
Daniella is a native of Chester, PA and currently resides in Delaware County. As a former classically trained ballerina, Daniella loves ballet, dance, and supporting the arts. She also enjoys attending sporting events, music concerts, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
