A settlement was reached with a large pharmaceutical company for approximately $1.2 Billion dollars for children that suffered birth defects as a result of their mothers’ ingesting an antidepressant while pregnant.  Our firm represented 22 clients and the settlement values per client averaged over $1 million dollars.
