Tiffany Schneider is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, advocating for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Tiffany is a steadfast and diligent attorney who strongly emphasizes transparency and honest communication within her practice. She approaches her role as counsel with a strong sense of responsibility to her client, fostering collaboration and alignment to promote a united front in litigation to achieve their legal pursuits.

Prior to Slater Slater Schulman, Tiffany gained extensive experience in toxic torts, general liability, and childhood sexual abuse cases as a defense attorney. She also completed appellate work under one of the few appellate specialists in California , refining her skills in legal strategy and analysis. In 2024, Tiffany switched to plaintiff representation to follow her passion for representing individuals over companies and other entities.

Outside of her practice, Tiffany volunteers as a coach for the Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition teams. Tiffany is also a dedicated foster parent, licensed by Los Angeles County in 2023.

Tiffany received her B.A. in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and her J.D. from New York Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, she received her L.L.M. in trial advocacy from Chapman University School of Law. She officially joined the Slater Slater Schulman team in September 2024.
