    With a diverse legal background, Brett is a versatile advocate who effectively navigates complex legal issues. He demonstrates a profound understanding of his client’s challenges, empowering them with clear communication and transparency throughout the legal process.

    Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Brett gained extensive experience in medical device defect cases, class action lawsuits, and mass tort matters. This foundation has equipped him with the skills to manage large-scale, complex litigation and a deep understanding of the intricacies of holding corporations accountable for wrongdoing.

    In addition to his litigation experience, Brett has also worked as in-house counsel for various companies, gaining a unique perspective on legal matters from both a strategic and business-oriented standpoint. This experience enhances his ability to approach litigation with a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs.

    Brett received his B.A. in Communications and Business from Indiana University and his J.D. and MBA from Washington State University in St. Louis. He’s been a valuable Slater Slater Schulman team member since 2024 and is licensed to practice in Florida state courts.
