Melissa Krull is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, where she represents clients in complex litigation with a primary focus on BSA litigation. Melissa pairs thoughtful legal analysis with clear, responsive communication, making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident as their cases move forward. Her practice is grounded in trust, accessibility, and steady advocacy at every stage of the litigation process.
Prior to joining the firm, Melissa developed a broad legal background representing individuals in employment, labor, and estate-related matters. Her experience spans employment discrimination cases, administrative proceedings, and advising clients on workplace rights and benefits. She has also negotiated and enforced employment and labor agreements, guided clients through workplace investigations, and provided counsel on trusts, estates, and asset-related matters.
Outside of her legal practice, Melissa is actively involved in the local arts community. She regularly volunteers with nonprofit and arts-centered organizations, valuing opportunities to give back through work that supports cultural institutions and strengthens community connections.
Melissa received her B.S. in Art History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a M.A. in Museum Studies from Harvard University. She received her J.D. from the New England School of Law. Melissa has been a valuable member of the Slater Slater Schulman team since 2025 and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., New York, and California.
