Michelle Duerr-Condia is the Chief Operating Officer at Slater Slater Schulman with over 20 years of law firm operational and administrative leadership experience. As a strategic business advisor, she works directly with the managing partners and the firm’s management team to provide leadership and coordination of policies, strategies, and oversight and responsibility for all administrative functions of the firm.
Michelle is a collaborative leader with a broad and deep background in law firm operations. Her approach centers around firm leadership, providing input on the competitive conditions that impact a firm’s ability to grow and thrive. Possessing a background working within and across multiple business functions, Michelle has gained a unique perspective that heightens her ability to drive creative solutions. She genuinely enjoys developing people’s strengths and aligning teams with the needs of the business for optimal success.
Michelle received her B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
