  • Kelsey Constantin is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman advocating for survivors of child sexual abuse.

    Kelsey is a committed advocate who prioritizes authentic relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of building positive rapport and creating achievable goals based on each survivor’s unique circumstances. Kelsey takes the lead from her clients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the litigation process.

    Kelsey is a current member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. Before moving to NYC, Kelsey volunteered in California for the Bay Area Legal Aid’s Consumer Rights Legal Clinic, where she helped self-represented parties in debt collection matters.

    Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey was an Associate at a top personal injury firm in San Francisco for three years, handling cases involving childhood sexual abuse, civil rights violations, premises liability, medical negligence, and government liability. Kelsey’s interest in plaintiff litigation began during her third year in law school, after working for her school’s Individual Representation Clinic. In this role, she represented two clients – one in a successful clean slate petition to remove old drug convictions and another in a successful SSDI benefits appeal.

    Kelsey received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from the University of California Law School, San Francisco. In law school, Kelsey was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono Law, acknowledging the hours of pro bono and public interest work she completed.

    Kelsey joined Slater Slater Schulman as a contract attorney in October 2023 before signing on as an Associate in February 2024. She is licensed to practice in California state courts.
