Meet Jessica Rottkamp

Jessica Rottkamp is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman and an advocate for survivors of sexual abuse.

Jessica strives to make the legal process productive and predictable for her clients. Practicing a client-centered approach, she allows room for survivors to tell their stories while educating them on their legal proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as an attorney for a tax and immigration firm in Toronto, Canada. Thereafter, Jessica was a Litigation Specialist for a business consulting firm in NYC for over four years, performing large-scale document reviews.

Jessica was a former intern with the Access to Justice Volunteer Attorney program, helping low-income pro se litigants file for divorce. Additionally, she worked with the New York City Bankruptcy Assistance Project at Legal Services NYC, providing bankruptcy assistance to New Yorkers in need.

Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation from St. John’s University. She received her J.D. from St. John’s University of Law, where she received the St. Thomas More Scholarship.  Jessica joined Slater Slater Schulman in September 2023 and is licensed to practice in New York State.
