Senior partner Adam Slater was interviewed by the press regarding a class-action federal lawsuit the firm filed this week against the city of Newark for unpaid overtime. The firm is representing cadets who trained to become police officers and are owed $2.4 million – but possibly millions more – in overtime they worked at the police academy.
