Attorney, John C. Luke, Jr. was recently quoted in the press with regard to his client, a former employee of a popular salad chain who suffered gender discrimination and sexual harassment.
“My client just wanted to do his job and be respected for his life choices. As the complaint clearly alleges, his employer did not allow him to be himself and left him feeling unprotected,” said Slater Slater Schulman LLP’s John Luke.
