  • Samir T. Nsouli is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, LLP, focusing on complex litigation involving victims’ rights, including child sexual abuse, as well as medical malpractice and nursing home abuse. He is dedicated to pursuing justice for survivors of institutional abuse and medical negligence.

    Samir is a strategic and client-focused advocate known for breaking down complex legal issues while fighting tenaciously for his clients. His background in litigation, legal research, and trial advocacy enables him to craft persuasive arguments and precisely navigate challenging legal disputes. Combining a passion for scholarship with a commitment to justice, Samir provides meticulous and tenacious advocacy, offering responsive, strategic counsel tailored to his client’s concerns.

    Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Samir represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including family law, contract disputes, and personal injury cases. He has successfully advocated for clients in both bench and jury trials, demonstrating his litigation skills in high-stakes cases. Early in his career, he served as lead counsel in a civil jury trial, securing a favorable verdict for his client—an achievement that highlights his courtroom readiness and dedication to client advocacy. These experiences have provided him with a strong foundation in legal policy and practice, which he aims to further develop as he prepares for the patent bar exam.

    Outside of litigation, Samir is deeply passionate about legal education and mentorship. As an LSAT and Bar exam tutor, he has guided numerous students in mastering complex legal concepts and reaching their academic and professional goals. This commitment to teaching and law directly informs his approach to legal representation, where he blends meticulous research with aggressive advocacy to pursue justice for his clients. In addition, Samir has a deep appreciation for languages. He has taught himself both French and Spanish and is currently learning Arabic.

    Samir received his B.S. in Nutritional Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He’s been a valued member of the Slater Slater Schulman team since 2025 and is licensed to practice in Maryland state courts.
