Konstantin Yelisavetskiy is a Managing Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman’s New York City office and an advocate for survivors of sexual abuse. As a seasoned trial attorney, Konstantin brings over 9 years of experience to the firm in mass tort litigation, personal injury, products liability, and criminal law.
Konstantin uses a client-centered approach to connect with survivors and empower them to find their voice. He understands the recurrent effects of sexual trauma and takes his time acquiring pertinent information before diving head-first into a case. Konstantin pursues every investigative and legal avenue to yield the best possible result.
Konstantin has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022, and, while in law school, he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award and other honors through regional and national trial advocacy competitions.
Konstantin spent more than five years as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled a wide array of cases including sex crimes, hate crimes, domestic violence, and white-collar crimes. In 2019, Konstantin joined a large national plaintiff firm, where he represented victims of cancer and various other illnesses caused by exposure to toxins. Konstantin now dedicates his practice to pursuing justice on behalf of child and adult survivors of sexual abuse.
In addition to his practice, Konstantin serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Fordham Law School. He has also participated in charity boxing matches to benefit foundations for injured veterans and underprivileged inner-city youth.
Konstantin graduated with a B.B.A., cum laude, in Marketing Management from Baruch College. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. He joined Slater Slater Schulman in October 2022 and is licensed to practice in New York state courts and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
