Crystle Caigoy is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman advocating for the rights of child survivors of sexual abuse.
Crystle is a highly skilled and dedicated attorney recognized for her strategic, results-driven approach. She tailors her strategies to each client’s needs, prioritizing problem-solving and risk mitigation through transparent communication and continuous support. Throughout her legal career, Crystle has secured over $17 million in settlements for her clients, navigating complex legal challenges to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Crystle worked as a personal injury attorney. She managed a team overseeing both pre-litigation claims and filed cases across various stages of litigation. This role provided her with a well-rounded foundation in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representation.
In addition to civil matters, Crystle has experience in corporate law, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. As a former Associate In-House Counsel for an accounting firm, Crystle served as the primary legal and contract advisor for internal departments, providing practical legal guidance aligned with business needs.
Crystle is a proud member of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association and a dedicated volunteer in the community. She is an active supporter of Miracles for Kids, a nonprofit organization that assists families of critically ill children. Through her involvement, she has helped deliver food, essentials, and care packages.
Crystle received her B.A. in Communication and Philosophy from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where she completed an externship with the National Crime Victim Law Institute. She’s been a valuable member of the Slater Slater Schulman team since 2025 and is licensed to practice in California and Arizona state courts.
