Christopher (Chris) Thomas is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault in Maryland.
Chris is a relentless advocate for his clients, building his practice on a foundation of honesty and hard work. He empowers clients to take an active role in the litigation process, providing knowledgeable legal advice that enables them to make confident, informed decisions about their cases.
Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Chris spent three years litigating as a Felony Trial Attorney for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. In this role, he handled a wide range of felony and misdemeanor charges, including attempted murder and sexual assault cases.
Outside of his practice, Chris is a proud member of the Baltimore City Bar Association. After work, he often spends his time playing sports. He actively participates in football, soccer, and volleyball.
Chris received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore, where he graduated cum laude and served as Associate Editor for the university’s Law Forum. Chris has been a trusted member of the Slater Slater Schulman team since 2025 and is licensed to practice in Maryland state courts.
