  • Kateryna Mukhina is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, where she represents sexual abuse victims in California.

    Kateryna approaches every case with determination and care, tailoring her advocacy to meet the unique needs of each client. She is committed to keeping her clients informed at every step, encouraging their input, and making sure they feel supported throughout the process. Her focus on communication and trust allows clients to play an active role in their pursuit of justice.

    Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Kateryna built her practice on the plaintiff’s side of employment and personal injury law. She litigated employment and Labor Code violations and handled cases involving motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and assaults. This work involved her advocating effectively for individuals facing powerful employers and insurance companies, ensuring that someone stands up for the underdog.

    Kateryna is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Kateryna is originally from Ukraine and speaks fluent Russian and proficient French.

    She received her B.A. in Literatures of the World from the University of California, San Diego, and her J.D. and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She has been a valuable member of the Slater Schulman team since 2025 and is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
