  • Paritosh Arora is a Law Clerk at Slater Slater Schulman, representing survivors of sexual abuse. As a member of the mass torts team, he has significant experience handling child sex abuse cases against public and private entities, including counties and religious institutions.

    Partiosh is a steadfast advocate, esteemed for his transparency and integrity. Applying a detail-oriented approach to each case, Paritosh ensures that his clients feel supported and heard throughout the legal process–a practice highly valued by the survivors he zealously represents.

    Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Paritosh practiced as an attorney in India for three years, primarily focusing on constitutional law and representing clients before the Supreme Court of India. He successfully argued before a 9-judge Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court of India and played a pivotal role in multiple petitions, honing his legal skills and deepening his commitment to human rights and justice.

    Paritosh attended undergraduate and law school in India and received his BA-LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He received his LLM from USC Gould School of Law, graduating with honors in the top 10% of his class. Paritosh has been a valuable Slater Slater Schulman team member since 2023 and awaits being sworn into the California Bar.
