  • Rayan Momenah is an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman, focusing on representing clients under the Child Victims Act (CVA) and in Sex Abuse/Civil Rights Litigation.

    Rayan is a dedicated and passionate advocate who has devoted his career to supporting trauma survivors. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the justice they deserve, consistently demonstrating unwavering commitment to their well-being. Through his efforts, Rayan has become a trusted ally for clients in their fight for healing and closure.

    Prior to joining Slater Slater Schulman, Rayan cultivated extensive experience in personal injury law and mass torts, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Known for his skills as a strategic case architect and accomplished mediator, he was honored by the National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation as one of the most promising upcoming trial attorneys in Maryland (2023) and D.C. (2024).

    Rayan received his B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law, where he refined his legal strategies as a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic. He has been a valuable Slater Slater Schulman team member since 2025 and is licensed to practice in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

    Outside the firm, Rayan cherishes time with his family, is an avid reader, and enjoys cooking with his wife.
